10YO: From Story to Stage: Young Playwrights Bring Characters to Life

These past weeks IE 10YO class has been studying Drama, focusing on performing and writing skills. They read various playscripts, identified some of their elements and practised performing. They discussed about the differences between a chapter book/story and a playscript and after that they chose a story and turned it into a playscript. They enjoyed the process of being a playwright for a couple of days and making their characters speak through the dialogues!
