2YO: Sunflowers Friendship Jar

Following on from the success of Dance for Kindness, the Sunflowers have been exploring the theme of Friendship over the last week. Through discussion, songs and stories, the children learned about what it means to be a good friend and worked together to create a Friendship Jar. Throughout the week the children put pompoms into the jar for their friendly choices when at play with their classmates. They are very excited to see the jar fill up as they know a class treat is coming. They also worked as a team to make and eat heart-shaped jam sandwiches. Well done Sunflowers for sharing love, kindness and friendship.
