The Mouse Tales Times

Little Marigolds are diving into their final unit of the year, and it has quickly become one of our most exciting adventures yet — Tales! This week, we explored delightful mouse tales and discovered the traditional Ukrainian folktale An Enormous Turnip.

The children loved joining in with the repeated lines as we read the story together, eagerly helping to bring the tale to life. Our classroom then transformed into a magical puppet theater, where every student had the chance to step into the spotlight and become an actor in the story. From teamwork to laughter, the excitement grew bigger and bigger — just like the enormous turnip itself!
