4YO: BIG Bugs, Little Bugs

BIG bugs, little bugs. L-O-N-G bugs, short bugs. We just like bugs! Red bugs, yellow bugs, green bugs, black bugs. We just like bugs! Bugs that go up, bugs that go down, bugs that go round and round!

The Dandelions turned into Entomologists last week as as they explored and studied every bug they could find. They learned the parts of an insect and found out why bees are so important. It was thrilling to collect caterpillars and watched as they formed chrysalis and turned into butterflies. The highlight was going to the Botanical gardens for a bug scavenger hunt and time to explore nature!
