5YO: Growing Minds & Garden Vines in 5JK!

Springtime is gardening time in the 5JK classroom! This year, we have planted radish seeds, beans, and two kinds of flowers in our windowsill garden. The 5JK students have learned the stages of a plant's life cycle and are eager to witness each in the coming days and weeks. They also have learned that plants are living things and have needs, like water and sunlight. We heard that plants thrive with attention and a couple students are excited to name their plants and talk to them, too!
