7YO: Concern for Others

7YO: Concern for Others

Concern for Others

In the 7-year-old classes, we have been exploring what it means to show concern for others. Our service project focused on helping Angel’s Cradle, an organization that supports abandoned infants in Albania. To raise funds, we created ornaments from clay and pinecones to sell at the winter market sponsored by OSAAB.

We also partnered with the 8-year-old classes, sharing books collected from their book drive to sell at the market. Working together taught us the importance of teamwork and generosity.

As part of our month dedicated to concern for others, our class led the elementary assembly, encouraging everyone to think about ways they can show kindness and caring. We also plan to fill boxes for our school’s drive to support families in need.

We hope that each of us will continue to show compassion and concern for others, helping to make the world a better and kinder place.
