9YO: Exploring Rocks and Fossils
In science, students have been gaining a deeper understanding of the world around them by exploring rocks and fossils. Through these investigations, they've discovered how the Earth's landscape has evolved over time and how the patterns and layers found in the environment offer valuable clues about the planet's ancient history. What better way to dive into the fascinating world of fossils and learn about our past, as well as the shifting landscapes of our planet, than by experiencing it firsthand outside the classroom? To enrich their learning, students have participated in several field trips—such as fossil hunting in Petrela, studying the Earth's landscapes and layers in Peza Village—and are looking forward to one final trip to wrap up the unit.
