9YO: Science in Action - Energy

The 9-Year-Olds have been exploring what energy is through different lines of inquiry and experimentation. Students have been identifying the effects of various forms of energy (heat, sound, motion, light, electrical.) They will continue to discover how energy can be transferred and transformed, and understand that objects may contain more or less potential energy depending on their position, speed, and size.
