Elementary Technology Updates

The 5-year-olds are learning about tools they can use on the computer. They are exploring Paint 3D by trying out shapes, brushes, and the 3D library. They are also learning about the parts of the computer and how to stay safe online. The 6 and 7-year-olds are becoming little authors! They are using StoryJumper to type the stories they wrote in literacy class and add pictures to create their own eBooks. The 9 and 10-year-olds have started their programming unit. They joined our Scratch classroom and are working on their first project—animating their names. They are learning how to use blocks like events and motion to make their names move in fun ways!
