CEESA MS Girls Football Tournament Recap - Tirana

TIS had the honor of hosting the CEESA Middle School Girls Football Tournament last weekend, welcoming teams from seven CEESA schools: the American International School of Bucharest, Anglo-American School of Sofia, International School of Belgrade, Istanbul International Community School, NOVA International School - Skopje, The International School of Azerbaijan, and Tirana International School. 

Our Tigers played exceptionally well, making it to the semi-finals, which ended in a hard-fought 1-1 tie. In a close penalty shootout, they narrowly lost to AAS. Congratulations to Istanbul International Community School (1st place), The International School of Azerbaijan (2nd place), and Anglo-American School of Sofia (3rd place)!

We are incredibly proud of our players for their outstanding sportsmanship and for building friendships that will last beyond the field.

CEESA MS Boys Football Tournament Recap - Istanbul

Congratulations to the TIS Middle School boys' football team on their impressive 2nd place finish at the CEESA tournament held at IICS in Istanbul! They fought hard in a challenging final match against the International School of Belgrade. We couldn't be prouder of the dedication, teamwork, and spirit they showed throughout the season. Well done, team!

TAIS Football League

Congratulations to our secondary boys team on their win over GDQ last week. Girls and boys next take on ACT on Monday at 4:10 p.m. and 5:10 p.m. on Monday, Oct 28.

Gymnastics/Parkour at TIS

Gymnastic and parkour classes will begin at TIS once again. This is not a TIS-sponsored activity. Classes will be every Wednesday. Please see the time schedule below.

TIS parents and students are welcome to use the TIS tennis court on the weekend when booked in advance. Parents must have a parent I.D. If you do not have one, please contact reception. The court is for recreational use only.
