Greetings Middle School and Secondary Families and Students! 

Here is what's happening with our Middle School and Secondary students:

There are 5 days of school left! 

Reminder:

Quintile 5 ends on - Friday, 20 June...the LAST DAY of school! 

Yes, we are now in the FINAL WEEK OF SCHOOL!!!

Week Without Walls

The 11, 12, and 13 year old students and chaperones have been enjoying a great time on the traveling trips as well as the local trips this week!

Next week, Secondary students/chaperones head to Budva, Montenegro for scuba diving certification and Portugal for surfing.

There will be permission forms coming out Friday, 13 June for next week's local trips.

 

Last Week of School

Here is what the last week of school will look like for Middle School students (as Secondary has Week Without Walls through 19 June).

Monday, 16 June - Normal class schedule - Last Black Day - SO Day - Eden Park - Permission forms were sent out Thursday night to those who qualified. 

Tuesday, 17 June - Normal class schedule - Last Orange Day

Wednesday, 18 June - Field Day - Students will spend 1/2 of the school day participating in fun events down at the field and covered court. The other 1/2 of the day will be cleaning out lockers, checking in all books/electronic devices, etc.

Thursday, 19 June - Water Park Day - All Middle School students (with permission forms signed and turned in) will attend a day of fun in the sun at AquaPark Albania Blue Magic Water! Students will be transported to and from the water park. More information will come as we get closer. 

Friday, 20 June - Awards Ceremony - There will be an awards ceremony for Middle School and Secondary students on the last day of school. These will be two separate assemblies, both in the MPR. 

Be on the lookout for emails pertaining to these events.

There is much more to follow in 2025-26, but that's all for 2024-25.

There are only a few days remaining of school! Keep up the good work until the end! Thank you so much for your support for our TIS community and your students!

It has been a pleasure working with TIS for the past five years! I will always remember the people, the beautiful campus, and the community that was built around this school. I know TIS will continue to grow and help students find success in school and after they graduate. Thank you, TIS!
