Dear Preschool Families, 

Happy Friday and Happy October!

Next Monday, October 7th, is Blue Shirt Day- the World Day of Bullying Prevention. At TIS we traditionally celebrate this day by encouraging all staff and students to wear blue to stomp out bullying! Moreover, at 2:40 pm, we will have a whole-school assembly focused on the prevention of bullying and together we will sing "Count on Me" by Bruno Mars. Please note that dismissal on Monday might run a bit later for our preschool students. We appreciate your flexibility and support! 

Next Thursday, the 4 YO students are embarking on an exciting field trip together with the 5, 6 and 7 YO students to ArTurbina Theatre. There, they will attend the International Dance Festival Tirana, +Erba, by the Italian dance company TPO. This interactive show aims to foster creativity and
imagination as students engage in building an imaginary city with dancers. It promotes collaboration and teamwork, encourages artistic expression through movement and drawing, and raises awareness of environmental issues related to urbanization. We are really looking forward to enjoying the fine arts together with our older peers!
