MS/SEC: Building Strong Skills: Basketball Games, Nutrition Tracking, and Fitness Goals

The 12yo PE class has also been working on their basketball skills and has begun playing small half-court games. The secondary Health & Fitness class is on the Nutrition unit and has been keeping a journal of their food intake to check their macro and micro-nutrient consumption. While doing this, they are also continuing to work in the weight room and have begun to set their own fitness goals and build a plan for how to reach those goals.
