PE Class with Mr. West

This week secondary PE students in Mr. West's class are beginning a volleyball tournament. Two nets have been set up in the covered court so 2 games can be played at once. This tournament will conclude their volleyball unit. 

The 12yo class has just finished their team-building unit and are starting throwing and catching. We will begin the unit with some chances to learn more about and play basketball and volleyball.

The 9s and 10s have also been working hard on team-building. We have been doing all sorts of cooperative games and challenges.

The younger classes (5-8yo) are currently working on their coordination by manipulating objects like balls, scoops, frisbees, hula hoops and more.

We are all having a great time in PE so far this year!
