SEC: AP World History and Imperialism

Students in AP World History were tasked with creating their own assignment in order to show their understanding of Imperialism's impacts in the Eastern Hemisphere from 1750-1900. Students showed a ton of creativity and depth by creating various assignments, such as poems and comic books. One group chose to teach the class about the main events that occurred during this time period, such as the Opium Wars and the Boxer Rebellion through narrated historical reenactments created and recorded in Minecraft. A different group decided to engage in a rap battle that looked at the impacts of imperialism on the era. Across the entire class, effort, creativity and talent were on full display!
