Secondary Students Explore Albanian Cuisine

Our secondary students recently traded the classroom for the kitchen during a fun and interactive Albanian cooking workshop at Mr. Chef. Working at their own stations, they took on the challenge of preparing traditional dishes such as byrek, tavë dheu, and sutlijash. While the recipes tested their skills, students embraced the challenge with enthusiasm and teamwork. The hard work paid off with a delicious feast, giving everyone the chance to enjoy the tasty results of their culinary adventure!
