SEC: Robots, Rivalries, and Remarkable Talent: TIS Hosts the CEESA Robotics Competition

Tirana International School proudly hosted the CEESA High School Robotics Competition. The event brought together 24 teams (robots) from 8 international schools: American International School of Bucharest, American International School of Budapest, American International School of Vienna, American School of Warsaw, Anglo-American School of Sofia, International School of Prague, NOVA International School Skopje, and Tirana International School.

Each team was interviewed by judges, competed in nine qualification rounds, and worked tirelessly throughout the competition to fine-tune their robots and programming. After exciting qualification rounds, the teams engaged in alliance selection. Eight alliances advanced to the elimination rounds, with the final two alliances both featuring teams from Tirana International School and the American International School of Budapest.

The winning alliance and tournament champions were TARDIS (TIS) and Junior Naver (AISB). The TIS TARDIS team—Andres, Joanna, Jonas and Ivan—delivered an outstanding performance. Congratulations to all participants on an outstanding competition!
