SEC: Tiger Pride! Varsity Boys Capture CEESA Bronze After a Record‑Breaking Season

The Secondary Varsity Boys Basketball Team concluded their season in Belgrade at CEESA over the weekend. They were able to secure the bronze medal in a highly competitive tournament. This is their greatest ever result at CEESA and is a result of their hard work not only this year, but for the past several years combined. This year, the boys made incredible memories and had an outstanding season as they trained and competed in events such as our annual Midnight Madness extravaganza, Hell Week, the TIS Invitational Tournament, the Tbilisi Classic Basketball tournament in Georgia, in our own Tirana League and then finally in Belgrade for CEESA. In the end, our record was 16-7 with a tournament championship, regular league second place and two other tournament bronze finishes. This is a culmination of years of hard work for these boys and coach Holmquist and Semeniuk could not be prouder of their growth, integrity, hard work and dedication to the basketball program and our school.
