SEC: When History Feels Real: A Student Brings WWII to Life

Recently in IB History, students were tasked with creating propaganda based on an event from the early stages of the Second World War. Emile decided to take this to another level and he not only completed a propaganda poster but also brought in some authentic propaganda from the time period! He showed us newspaper clippings from French newspapers in the 1940s that taught how to identify different planes, an official Vichy France propaganda leaflet and even a German helmet. It was a fascinating look into WWII and helped the content become even more real for the class. Thanks Emile!
